In 1997 the KFHL expanded to 12 teams with the addition of the Senators, but the year belonged to the Maple Leafs from begining to end. The Maple Leafs not only scored more than any other team in the 97 campaign, but didn't even allow the other teams to score too much. Goalie Joe Harmon had a 0.73 GAA with 4 shutouts!
