2011 Regular Season Games
Jan. 15th
Bruins 7 Blackhawks 5
This one wasn't decided until the
last two minutes as both teams had and lost leads. Logan Ramey had three of the Bruin goals with Karley Childers and Collyn
Tuller and rookies Tom Shilton and Cassey Childers supplying the others. The Hawks had a Drew Allen hat trick with one
goal each by rookie Trent Moore and former Northstar Haylee Scott.
Rangers 4 Maple Leafs 0
Ranger rookie goalie Carson Hassleback
shutout the Leafs in his KFHL debut with steady play. Goaltender Andrew Shaver played well for the Maple Leafs, but allowed
one goal each by Ford Faynor and Tyle Huver as well as one each by rookies Devin Johnson and Josh Visser.
Blues 3 Penguins 3
The Penguins led after one period,
but had to come back in the third to salvage a point in this evenly matched tilt. The Blues Katie Spencer, Alex Trowbridge,
& rookie Amanda Waddle each scored. Penguin goal's were two by Coy Teneyck in his first game back ( returning
to the Pens after playing last year for the Canadiens) and one by Jacob Fulford.
Flyers 2 Canadiens 2
The Canadiens had a two goal lead
for much of the first part of the game, but the Flyers battled back against some good Canadien goaltending by Tony Martin
to manage a tie. The Canadien goals were by Alex Musser and Aaron Shaver while the Flyer scorers were by former Blue Ward
Smith Jr. and rookie Breanna Seavolt. The Flyer defense played very strongly in keeping the Canadien scorers under control.
Jan. 17th
Northstars 5 Rangers 0
Evan Adrianson showed that he hasn't
lost the scoring touch that he so often displayed in his years with the Kings as he scored 4 goals for the Stars in leading
them to victory over the Rangers. Michael Royal also scored a goal for his new team.
Penguins 5 Maple Leafs 2
Steven Linn had a hat trick against
his former team and Jacob Fulford scored twice to take the Penguins over the Leafs. Taryn Medina and Dalton Hosey had the
Leaf goals.
Canadiens 6 Red Wings 0
Matt Martin had 4 goals while his
older brother Tony shutout the Wings in this contest. Alex Musser and former King Jonah Denton scored the other Canadien
goals.
Jan. 21st
Flyers 2 Rangers 2
Rookie Ranger goalie
Carson Hasselback turned in another fine performance to salvage a tie from the hard charging Flyers. Gavin Booher and Nick
Caldwell had the Flyer goals while Tyler Huver and Aaron Gorman had the Ranger scores.
Northstars 7 Bruins 0
Evan Adrianson scored
four goals in the first period and the Bruins were never able to get much going against the Stars to make this game a one
sided affair from beginning to end. Mark Dixon scored twice and Kyle Rose had the other Northstar tally.
Blackhawks 6 Penguins 4
Drew Allen had four
goals and two assists to lift the Hawks past the Pens in this contest.Haylee Scott and Trent Moore had the other Blackhawk
goals. Jacob Fulford had a pair of goals with Coy Tenyck and Stevan Linn each adding one for the Penguins.
Jan. 22nd
Bruins 9 Penguins 4
The Penguins came
out of the first period with a one goal lead, but the Bruins had big second and third periods to win in a big way. Logan Ramey
had five of the Bruin goals with Isaac Fisher and Nichol Shook getting two each for them. The Pens got a hat trick from Jacob
Fulford and one goal from Coy Tenyck.
Flyers 5 Maple Leafs 3
The Leafs led in
this one for part of the contest, but the Flyers came on to get the victory. Flyer rookie Gavin Booher had a hat trick with
Liam Boldrey getting their two other goals. In the losing cause Kolten Hosey had two goals with Alexis Perez getting the other
Leaf tally.
Northstars 12 Red Wings 0
The Northstars
had Evan Adrianson put on an historic show with eight goals and four assists against the Red Wings. This was the first time
any player was able to score eight goals in a KFHL regular season game and only the second time eight goals had ever been
scored by a player in any KFHL game, since Riley Fowler had eight (also against the Wings), back in the 1989 Playoff Finals
! Mark Dixon had two of the other Star goals with Kyle Rose Jr. and Michael Royal collecting one each
Blues 6 Canadiens 0
The Blues showed
that they are a team to be respected this year as they handled the Canadiens easily in this contest. The Blues defense just
didn’t let the Canadiens spend much time in their end of the floor and made it easy for their forwards to get off lots
of shots. Parker Hall had two goals while Katie Spencer, Dekota Wagner, and Dylan Wagner had the others for the Blues.
Jan. 24th
Blues 5 Rangers 4
This was a
real close game that went back and forth right to the end. The Blues Parker Hall had a hat trick that included the winning
goal with less than two minutes to go in the game. Other Blues goals were by Dekota Wagner and Darius Abbott. The Rangers’
goals came from two by Tyler Huver and one each by C.J Davis and Devon Johnson.
Flyers 4 Blackhawks 1
The Flyers
defense kept the Hawks scorers from having too many chances and they pressed their advantage at the other end to get the win.
Trent Moore had the only Blackhawk goal. Ashley Cassaday had a pair of Flyer goals while Nick Caldwell and Ward Smith Jr.
picked up the other two.
Penguins 4 Red Wings 1
Penguin rookie
Zane Chuhak led the Pens attack with two goals. Andrew Schliep and Jacob Fulford also scored for the Penguins. The lone Red
Wing goal was by Sara Smith.
Jan. 28th
Bruins 3 Maple Leafs 0
The Bruins got a short handed goal early in the first
period by Collyn Tuller and never let the Leafs get back in the game. Nicole Shook and Logan Ramey had the other Bruin goals.
Northstars 1 Canadiens 0
This was without
a doubt the best game of the night with the Canadiens keeping the Northstars off the board through the first two periods and
most of the third on some great play by their goalie Tony Martin. Star goalie Eston Sheldon also played very well however,
recording his first complete game shutout of the season. The Northstars were finally able to score with 3:09 to play in the
game when Evan Adrianson was able to smash the puck during a power play

Drew Allen
had 7 goals for the Blackhawks in this one sided contest. Trent Moore got a hat trick as well for the Hawks with Haylee Scott
and Adam Ryan collecting their other two goals. The Wings had goals from rookies Jayde Cournaya and William Nelson.
Jan. 29th
CANADIENS 3 PENGUINS 0
Canadien goalie Tony Martin got his second 2011
shutout as his team finally scored after being shutout themselves in the last two games. Alex Musser got a pair of goals and
Jacob Brighton had his first as a Canadien.
MAPLE LEAFS 5 BLACKHAWKS 3
The Leafs came from behind to get their first win
of 2011. The Hosey brothers Kolten and Dalton each scored twice while Alexis Perez had the other Maple Leaf goal. Hawk goals
came from Drew Allen, Trent Moore, and Haylee Scott.
BLUES 6 FLYERS 4
This was a very close game and was not decided
until the Blues got an empty net goal with only 31 seconds left in the game. Darius Abbott had a hat trick and Parker Hall
a pair of goals with Katie Cheeseman getting the Blues other tally. The Flyers had two goals from Liam Boldrey and one each
from Darrel Struble and Ward Smith Jr..
Jan. 31st
BLUES
4 BLACKHAWKS 3
Despite a hat trick by Drew Allen the Hawks fell in the third period o the hard
charging Blues. The Blues had one goal each from Darius Abbott, Katie Spencer, Parker Hall, and the winner from rookie Keeley
Robinson.
MAPLE LEAFS 8 RED
WINGS 2
The Wings got off to a lead in the first period on a goal from the defense by Eddie
Garfield, but the Leafs came back in a big way to win this one. Austin Livingston, Dalton Hosey, and Alissa Bowerman each
scored twice for the Maple Leafs. Alexis Perez and rookie Taylor Bowerman had the other Leaf goals. The other Red Wing goal
was by Cameron Meyers.
BRUINS 5 RANGERS 4
The
Rangers came back near the end of this game, but the Bruins held on to win. Logan Ramey had two Bruin goals with Karley Childers,
Ben Peters, and Cassey Childers getting one each. Tyler Huver scored twice for the Rangers with Eli Cambell and Aaron Gorman
each having one.
FEB.
4th
FLYERS 4 PENGUINS 0 After a scoreless first period the Flyers went on to score twice in both of the other periods to get the victory.Logan
Boldrey, Nicholas Caldwell, Ward Smith Jr., and Ashley Cassaday each had a Flyer goal.
BLUES 5 NORTHSTARS 3 The Blues won this battle of the two previously
undefeated teams with nice goaltending by Katie Spencer as well as hard work by their defense and their centers to keep down
the number of scoring chances given up to the Stars. The Northstars battled back to within one in the third period after falling
behind by two, but an empty net goal late in the period sank their comeback attempt. Dylan Wagner had a hat trick for the
Blues with Darius Abbott and Parker Hall getting their other goals. Stars goals were by Evan Adrianson, Michael Royal, and
Eston Sheldon.
RANGERS 8 BLACKHAWKS 4 The Rangers scored five times in the first period
and again three times in the second to defeat the Hawks. Eli Cambell had four of their goals with Tyler Huver, Jason Morgan,
Aaron Gorman, and Devin Johnson getting the others. The Blackhawks got two goals by Haylee Scott as well as one each by Trent
Moore and Drew Allen.
SATURDAY FEB. 5th
BLUES 2
BRUINS 2 The Bruins took the lead in the first period on
a Karley Childers goal , but the Blues tied it up in the second on a Parker Hall score. The Blues then took the lead in the
third on a power play goal by Dylan Wagner and it took a Logan Ramey goal with less than two minutes to play to get the tie.
FLYERS 2 RED WINGS 1 The Wings took the lead in the second period on a Nathaniel Crane short handed tally only to have the Flyers get a
shorthanded goal by Gavin Booher a couple of minutes later. The Flyers got the win in the third period on a hard smash by
Nick Caldwell.
RANGERS 4 CANADIENS 4 The Rangers came out of the first period with a two goal lead, but the second period saw the
Canadiens score three unanswered goals. After the Rangers tied it up near the beginning of the third, the Canadiens then scored
with only 1:34 left, but with only 12 seconds left the Rangers tied it up on Ford Faynor’s second goal of the game.
Aaron Gorman and Devin Johnson had the other two Ranger goals. Jonah Denton had two of the Canadien goals with Alex Musser
and Cayden Courter getting one each.
NORTHSTARS 5 MAPLE LEAFS 3 The Leafs took a lead out of the first period on an Alexis Perez goal with only 7 seconds remaining
in the period, but Evan Adrianson had three unanswered second period goals to take the lead. Alissa Bowerman scored in the
third to cut the lead and then Isaiah Shaver scored for the Maple Leafs to tie it up, but a Mark Dixon goal put the Stars
ahead to stay with 2:17 left to go and Adrianson put in a fourth goal with less than a minute to go to insure the win.
FRIDAY FEB. 11th
NORTHSTARS 6 FLYERS 4 The Flyers came on strong in the third period,
but fell short. The stars had two goals apiece from Evan Adrianson and Michael Royal as well as one each from Mark Dixon and
Eston Sheldon. Flyer goals were by Gavin Booher, Austin Carrigan, Logan Boldrey, and Ward Smith Jr..
CANADIENS 6 BLACKHAWKS 2 This game was close until the third period when the Canadiens had three unanswered goals
to cement the win. The Canadiens had two goals each from Jonah Denton, Jacob Brighton, and Alex Musser. Drew Allen had both
Hawk goals.
BLUES 8 RED WINGS 0 The Blues jumped off to a five goal lead in the first period of this penalty filled game. Dekota Wagner in goal
for the Blues kept the Wings at bay for the shutout. Dylan Wagner, Darius Abbot, and Keely Robinson each had a pair of Blues
goals with Parker Hall and Katie Cheeseman each getting one.
FRIDAY FEB. 18th
BRUINS 4 RED WINGS 1 The Wings fought back to cut the Bruins lead to one goal in the third period, but then the bruins got two more to get
the win. The goal scorers for the Bruins were Kyle Knoll, Collyn Tuller, Isacc Fisher, and Ben Peters. The lone Red Wing goal
was by Eddie Garfield.
BLUES 1 MAPLE LEAFS 0 After a real struggle against the hard charging Maple Leafs, the Blues were able to cement their first place finish
for the KFHL’s 2011 regular season with this win. This is not only the Blues first time to finish on top since entering
the league in 1994, but also the team’s only undefeated season. It took a third period short handed goal by Blues rookie
Amanda Waddle on a hard slam of a shot to beat the otherwise perfect goaltending performance of the Leafs Andrew Shaver.
PENGUINS 2 RANGERS 0 The Penguins had both of their goals in the first period of this contest. Good goaltending by the Penguins Andrew
Schliep (periods 1&2), and Logan Leatherman (period 3) didn’t allow the Rangers back in the game despite their goal
minder Carson Hassleback keeping everything else out the rest of the way. The Pens first goal was on a wicked rising smash
from the defense by Kyle Hoover and the second was a power play blast by Jacob Fulford.
SATURDAY FEB. 19th
RANGERS 15 RED WINGS 2 Nikita Fairfield and Ford Faynor led the way with hat tricks in
this Ranger runaway. Aaron Gorman, C.J. Davis, Eli Campbell, and Katelynn Vincent each had a pair of Ranger goals with Tyler
Huver also getting one for them. Wing goal scorers were Eddie Garfield and Ray Halliwill.
CANADIENS 3 MAPLE LEAFS 2 The Canadiens were able to get the win on a late third period goal by Alex Musser that went off
the defense giving Leaf goalie Andrew Shaver no chance to make a save. The Canadiens first goal by Cayden Courter also went
in off the Leaf defense as well. Jonah Denton had the other Canadien goal. The Maple Leaf goals were by Dalton Hosey and Taryn
Medina.
NORTHSTARS 9 BLACKHAWKS 3 Evan Adrianson again led the Stars to victory, having four goals and four assists to beat the Blackhawks in this
game. Michael Royal also had a hat trick and Mark Dixon a pair of goals for the Northstars. Drew Allen had a pair of goals
in his final game as a Blackhawk and Syddona Hammond got the other Hawk goal.
FLYERS 1 BRUINS 1 The Bruins had a first period goal by Isaac Fisher and kept that
lead until the third period. Early in the third Nick Caldwell scored for the Flyers to get them the tie. Both team’s
defensive units played very well in not giving up many good chances on their goaltenders.
FRIDAY FEB. 25th
NORTHSTARS 7
PENGUINS 3 The Stars jumped off to a four goal lead in the
first period and the Penguins weren’t able to overcome that. Michael
Royal completed his fine regular season with the Northstars getting a hat trick for them in this one. Also with goals for
the Stars were Elizabeth Rushford, Lane Pixley,Mark Dixon, and Eston Sheldon. Penguin goals came from Stevan Linn, Jacob Fulford,
and Logan Leatherman.
BRUINS 6 CANADIENS 4
The Canadiens took a two goal lead out of the first period,
but the Bruins scored twice in the second to briefly tie it, before the Canadiens added a third. In the final period the Bruins
scored twice early to grab the lead, but the Canadiens tied it up with 5:57 remaining and it stayed that way until with only
35 seconds to play, Logan Ramey scored his fourth goal of the contest to put the Bruins back in the lead. Ramey again scored
then into an empty Canadien net with only 4 seconds to go. Issac Fisher had the other Bruin goal. Cayden Courter had a pair
of goals, with Jacob Brighton and Alex Musser accounting for the other Canadien tallies.
