BRUINS 4 BLACKHAWKS 1
The Blackhawks jumped off to a lead at 4:33 of the first period on a Jacob Brighton goal, but the Bruins had taken the lead with two goals before the end of that period. The Hawks had a lot of shots after that in the game, but rookie Bruin goalie Nick Caldwell stopped them all. Logan Ramey led the Bruin attack with two goals while Darrel Struble and Karley Childers got the other two scores for them.
MAPLE LEAFS 2 RANGERS 0
Maple Leaf Rookie goalie Stevan Linn recorded a shutout in his first KFHL game as the Leaf defense played well in front of him. The Maple Leaf’s Lainey Tomko scored in the second period on a bad angle shot that squeezed between Ranger goalie Lukas Miller and the post. Miller only allowed the Leafs one other tally, that a shorthanded smash by CJ Davis during one of three Ranger power plays.
PENGUINS 3 BLUES 1
The Penguins jumped out to an earlier 1st period lead on a Toree Heney goal. The teams traded goals in the second period with Dylan Wagner scoring for the Blues before Bryson Massie scored a shorthanded goal putting the Pens back on top. Andrew Schliep had a late third period goal for the Penguins to insure the win.
CANADIENS 2 FLYERS 1
The Flyers took the lead on a Nolan Gilson goal at about a minute into the contest, but the Canadien’s Alex Musser found the back of the Flyers net to tie the score with only 1:37 left in the second period. Both teams had several good chances in the third and finally Jordan Jenkins scored what turned out to be the winner with less than two minutes to play. Both goalies, (he Flyers Mark Dixon and Canadiens Tony Martin) played well.
MONDAY JAN. 18th
KINGS 6 RED WINGS 4
The Kings jumped off to a three goal lead in the first period and the Wings were not able to catch up even with a third period rally. Evan Adrianson had a hat trick for the Kings and Wyatt Ledford had one for the Red Wings. Marcus Wesner scored twice for the Kings and Aaron Knoll once while Nick Allwardt scored the other Wing goal.
BRUINS 7 NORTHSTARS 1

Bruin goalie Nick Caldwell and the Bruin D had another good outing. The Bruins had two goals from Logan Ramey and one each from Darrel Struble, Karley Childers,Michael Royal, Collyn Tuller, and Seth Gurd. The Stars only goal was by Eston Sheldon. 

BLACKHAWKS 3 PENGUINS 2

The Penguin’s Toree Heney opened the scoring early in the first period. Later in that same period Jacob Brighton scored a shorthanded tally to tie things up, but then Byson Massie smashed one into the Hawks net to put the Pens in the lead again. Before the period came to an end however the Blackhawk’s Drew Allen again knotted the contest with a hard blast. After a scoreless 2nd period the Hawks were able to get the upper hand on a goal by Jacob Brighton with less than two minutes left in the game.  

FRIDAY JAN. 22nd

 KINGS 10 RANGERS 1

The Ranger defense couldn’t contain the Kings potent scoring machine in this game. Marcus Wesner had a hat trick with Taryn Medina, Evan Adrianson , and Aaron Knoll each picking up two goals and Jonah Denton getting one for the Kings. Tyler Huver collected the only Ranger Goal.

FLYERS 2 MAPLE LEAFS 1

Mark Dixon’s Flyers squeaked out a hard fought goalie duel over the Leaf’s Stevan Linn in this one. Dixon was beaten on a Michael Sprague shorthanded goal late in the first period, but the Flyer’s Dan Ohler scored in the second on a hard smash from the defense and rookie Alexis Perez followed up with what proved to be the winner with only 51 seconds left in that period.

 RED WINGS 10  NORTHSTARS 3

After a 2 goal apiece 1st period the Wings scored 5 unanswered goals in the second to pull away in this contest. Both Nick Allwardt and Wyatt Ledford had four goals and Jarret Hickey scored two for the Red Wings. The Northstars’ rookie Kyle Rose Jr., (who had scored the most goals in the JFHL in the 2009 season ) scored twice and Shiann Adams got her first goal as a Star.

SATURDAY JAN. 23RD

 RED WINGS 6 BRUINS 6

The Red Wings and Bruins fought to a draw in a this scorers game. The Wings had a hat trick from Wyatt Ledford, two goals from Jarrett Hickey and one from Nick Allwardt. The Bruins got two from Collyn Tuller and one each from Seth Gurd, Karley Childers, Logan Ramey, and Michael Royal.

BLUES 4 MAPLE LEAFS 2

The Blues won this close one with two goals from Raymond Halliwilland and one each by Dylan Wagner and Cassidy Fisher(an empty net goal). Michael Sprague and rookie center Kolten Hosey each scored for the Leafs

PENGUIN2 RANGERS 1

The Rangers and Penguins were scoreless through two periods in this one before the Penguins pulled it out in the third. Logan Leatherman and Bryson Massie had the Pens goals with Ford Faynor getting the only Ranger goal.

KINGS 5 FLYERS 0

The Kings’ goalie Jonah Denton shutout the Flyers while Evan Adrianson scored 4 goals to get the Kings their third win of the 2010 campaign. Marcus Wesner had the other King goal.

MONDAY JAN.25TH

KINGS 12 NORTHSTARS 1The Northstars grabbed the lead at 7:43 of the first period on a Skylar Mullins goal from the defense, but it was all downhill from there as the Kings scored 12 unanswered goals to take their fourth 2010 win. Aaron Knoll scored five of the King goals, Evan Adrianson had 3, with Taryn Medina and Marcus Wesner getting two each.

BLUES 2 CANADIENS 1After a scoreless first period the Canadiens took the lead on a Jordan Jenkins goal that stood up until late in the third period. Cassidy Fisher and Dekota Wagner had the Blues goals that spoiled an otherwise great job in goal by Canadien goalie Tony Martin.

RED WINGS 5 BLACKHAWKS 4The Red Wings looked to run away with this one with a couple of early first period goals, but the Blackhawks came back to tie this one up and even briefly take the lead before the Wings pulled off the win in the third period. Wyatt Ledford had yet another hat trick for the Wings while Nick Allwardt and rookie Haili Trowbridge added one each. The Hawk goals came from a Drew Allen hat trick and one from Jacob Brighton.

FRIDAY JAN. 29TH

 KINGS 9 CANADIENS 4 This game was close until the Kings scored four unanswered goals in the third period to run away with it. Evan Adrianson and Aaron Knoll each had hat tricks, Marcus Wesner had two goals , and Taryn Medina had a goal for the Kings. Jordan Jenkins had a hat trick and Alex Musser one goal for the Canadiens.

BLACKHAWKS 7 MAPLE LEAFS 3 The Blackhawks had too much fire power for the Leafs in this one. Brielle Hammond had a hat trick while Drew Allen and Jacob Brighton each had a pair of goals for the Hawks. Brooklyn Scott, Lainey Tomko, and C.J. Davis each had one for the Maple Leafs.

BRUINS 5 PENGUINS 4 The Penguins took the lead in the last minute of the first period with 3 goals , but the Bruins came back with three third period goals to win this one. Seth Gurd had two Bruin goals with Karley Childers, Logan Ramey, and Darrel Struble also scoring. Toree Heney had a hat trick and Brianne Hampton had the other Penguin goal.

SATURDAY JAN. 30TH

 BLACKHAWKS 5 BLUES 2The Blackhawks got four goals from Jacob Brighton and one from Drew Allen as they overpowered the Blues in this game. Raymond Halliwill and Cassidy Fisher had the only Blues’ goals.

NORTHSTARS 2 CANADIENS 2The Northstars and Canadiens battled to a draw in this contest. Alex Musser scored both the Canadien’s goals. The Stars had goals from Caden Rine and Shiann Adams.

RED WINGS 5 MAPLE LEAFS 2This one remained close until the Red Wings scored twice in the third to put it away. The Wings had two goals from Nick Allwardt and one each from Wyatt Ledford, Erin French, and Nathaniel Crane. Michael Sprague and Sarah Smith each scored for the Leafs.

BRUINS 6 RANGERS 5 Two late third period goals pulled this one out for the Bruins for their second come from behind victory in two days. The Rangers scored three power play goals in this one as the Bruins spent a lot of time in the penalty box which included a 5 minute major. Karley Childers and Michael Royal each had two Bruin goals with Logan Ramey and Darrel Struble getting the other two. Ford Faynor had a hat trick for the Rangers with Abby Smith and Tristin Clark also with goals.

MONDAY FEB. 1ST

 FLYERS 2 PENGUINS 2 The Penguins scored twice early in the first period, but the Flyers came back to tie it before the period's end. Toree Heney and Bryson Massie had the Penguin goals. The Flyers got theirs from Jakub Cassidy and Liam Boldrey.

BLUES 5 NORTHSTARS 2 The Northstars took the lead in the second period, but the Blues came roaring back in the third for the win. the Stars had goals from Eston Sheldon and Shiann Adams. Parker Hall had two Blues goals withDekota Wagner, Katelynn Spencer, and Katie Cheeseman.

 FRIDAY FEB. 5TH

BLUES 3 BRUINS 3  The Bruins again had to come from behind to get a point out of this game. Both team’s defense played well, but the Blues in particular made it difficult for the Bruins to get out of their own end of the floor. The Bruins got two goals from Collyn Tullerand one from Logan Ramey. The Blues had goals from Dylan Wagner, Raymond Halliwill, and Emily Morris.

KINGS 6 MAPLE LEAFS 0  The King’s Evan Adrianson led their attack with 4 goals and the Leaf’s forwards were never able to get much on the goal as the King defense played well again. Aaron Knoll continued his fine play and had the other two King goals.

CANADIENS 7 RANGERS 2  This game was close until the Canadiens pulled away in the third period. Alex Musser scored 4 goals for the Canadiens, with Logan Teneyck, Jordan Jenkins, and Gage Merica also scoring. The Ranger goals were by Tyler Huver and Abby Smith.

 SATURDAY FEB. 6TH

KINGS 6 BLACKHAWKS 2  The Kings goal scoring was too much for the Hawks to handle in this contest. Both Marcus Wesner and Aaron Knoll had a pair of goals while Taryn Medina and Brandon Kenyon (his from the defense) had single goals. Jacob Brighton and Brielle Hammond scored for the Blackhawks.

 NORTHSTARS 2 RANGERS 2  The Stars and Rangers had a scoreless first period and then traded goals in both of the next two periods to end in the tie. Eston Sheldon and Elizabeth Rushford scored for the Northstars while Tyler Huver and rookie Quentin Faynor accounted for the Ranger goals.

 PENGUINS 2 MAPLE LEAFS The Penguins got two goals in the first period that their goalie Logan Leatherman made stand up for the win. Toree Heney and Bryson Massie each had a goal for the Penguins while C.J. Davis scored a shorthanded tally for the Leafs.

BRUINS 6 FLYERS 3  The Bruins jumped off to a two goal lead, but the Flyers came back to tie it up briefly before the Bruins came back to get the win. Michael Royal had two for the Bruins with Collyn Tuller, Bailey Weiler, Karley Childers, and Darrel Struble each getting one of their other goals. Jakub Cassidy, Liam Bordrey, and Mark Dixon had one goal each for the Flyers.

MONDAY FEB. 8TH

FLYERS 4 NORTHSTARS 4  The two teams traded goals in the first period and then in the second period the Stars took the lead with two Caden Rine goals. In the third period the Flyers came back with three goals to take the lead until the Northstars pulled their goalie and then with only 57 seconds left in the game Caden Rine completed his hat trick to give them the tie. Elizabeth Rushford scored the Stars' other goal while Nolan Gilson and Jakub Cassaday each had two goals for the Flyers.

BLACKHAWKS 7 CANADIENS 1  The Blackhawks had their two big guns blazing in this contest with Drew Allen getting 4 goals and Jacob Brighton scoring 3. Alex Musser scored the only Canadien’s goal in the third period to spoil Blackhawk goalie Tannis Thayer’s bid for a shutout.

RED WINGS 2 BLUES 2  The Blues defense played tough against the Red Wings big scorers and made them settle for a tie in this one. Haili Trowbridge and Nick Alwardt had the Wing goals with DekotaWagner and Raymond Halliwill scoring for the Blues.

FRIDAY FEB.12TH

 RANGERS 2 BLUES 1  The Rangers scored twice in the first period and that is all they needed as goalie Lucas Miller turned in an excellent performance in their net. Miller mishandled a Dekota Wagner dump in that was wide of the net in the first period for the only Blue goal, but was perfect from then on to gain the Rangers first win of 2010. Savannah VanStee and Ford Faynor provided the two Ranger goals.

BLACKHAWKS 8 FLYERS 2  The Flyers led by one after the first period, but after 5 unanswered Hawk goals in the second they cruised to an easy victory. Jacob Brighton collected 4 goals and Drew Allen had 3 with Brielle Hammond also scoring for the Blackhawks.

RED WINGS 6 PENGUINS 5  The Penguins led much of the way through this one, but late in the third period the Wings tied it up and then won it with a Wyatt Ledford goal with only 39 seconds remaining. Ledford had 4 of the Red Wing goals (all in the 3rd period),with Jarrett Hickey and Erin French getting the others. Penguin goals came from a Bryson Massie hat trick and one each from Giacinto Lucci (from the defense) and Toree Heney.

Saturday Feb. 13th

Blackhawks 11 Northstars 1

The Blackhawks again put on a scoring show in this one. Drew Allen had 4 goals, Brielle Hammond 3,  and Jacob Brighton and Logan Cobb each had 2. Shiann Adams had the lone Northstar goal.

Kings 3 Penguins 2

The Penguins almost upset the Kings in this game, but a second Marcus Wesner goal with only 2:51 to play gave the Kings the win. The other King goal was by Evan Adrianson. Bryson Massie and rookie Justin Schliep had the Penguin goals.

Canadiens 2 Maple Leafs 0

Canadien net minder Tony Martin shutout the Leafs with sharp play in this close game. The Canadien’s goals were by Alex Musser and Jordan Jenkins.

Red Wings 5 Rangers 2

The all time leading goal scorer of the KFHL, the Red Wings Wyatt Ledford, had a hat trick that was the difference in this game. Jarrett Hickey and Eddie Garfield also scored for the Wings.  Sean Lewis and Tyler Huver had the Ranger goals.

MONDAY FEB.15TH

CANADIENS 4 PENGUINS 3  The Penguins took the lead in the first period, but then Canadien goalie Tony Martin shut the door on them and his team battled back to get the victory. Toree Heney, Jacob Fulford, and Giacinto Lucci ( from the defense) had the Penguin goals. Alex Musser had a hat trick for the Canadiens and Aaron Shaver scored their other goal.

KINGS 5 BRUINS 0  The Kings goalie Jonah Denton got his second shutout of the 2010 season and the King scorers were on target again against the Bruins. Aaron Knoll had a hat trick while Marcus Wessner and Evan Adrianson each had one.

RED WINGS 5 FLYERS 3  The Red Wings got two goals each from Jarrett Hickey and Nick Allwardt and one from the all time KFHL goal scoring leader Wyatt Ledford to get the win. The Flyers had two goals from Mark Dixon and one from Alexis Perez.

 FRIDAY FEB. 19TH

BLACKHAWKS 6 RANGERS 2  Jacob Brighton scored 4 goals and Drew Allen had a pair to lead the Hawks to victory over the Rangers. Tristin Clark and Ford Faynor had the Ranger goals.

 MAPLE LEAFS 4 NORTHSTARS 1   The Maple Leafs got a hat trick from Michael Sprague to get the win over the Stars. The other Leaf goal scorer was from Sara Smith and the only Northstar tally was by Eston Sheldon.T

FLYERS 3 BLUES 0  The Flyers had a goal each period to get this win.  Alexis Perez, Trent Carpenter, and Mark Dixon had the Flyer goals.

SATURDAY FEB. 20TH

CANADIENS 4 RED WINGS 3  The Canadiens led this one most of the way, but the high scoring Wings came back in the last part of the third period to almost pull it out. Alex Musser had 2 Canadien goals with Aaron Shaver and Logan Teneyck getting one a piece. Wing goals were by Erin French , Wyatt Ledford, and Jarrett Hickey.

FLYERS 4 RANGERS 2  The Flyers fought back from behind to pull this one out. Alexis Perez had two Flyer goals while Trent Carpenter and Mark Dixon each had one. Ford Faynor and Abby Smith each scored for the Rangers

BRUINS 7 MAPLE LEAFS 4  The Bruins won this spirited contest with some quick second period scoring , but the Leafs pressed them right to the end. Logan Ramey had a hat trick, Karley Childers had two goals, and Seth Gurd and Darrel Struble each had one for the Bruins. Carter Tomko had a hat trick and sister Lainey Tomko had the other Maple Leaf goal.

KINGS 6 BLUES 0   The Blues couldn’t get a puck past King Goalie Jonah Denton and Evan Adrianson scored 5 for the Kings. Aaron Knoll had the other King goal.

MONDAY MARCH 1st 

PENGUINS 3 NORTHSTARS 0   The Stars weren't able to get much on net do to good defense from the Penguins during most of this one. Jacob Fulford, Toree Heney, and Shamin Rowley had the Penguin goals.

CANADIENS 4 BRUINS 2  The Canadiens showed they were again a real force in the league with this win over their old rivals the Bruins. Tony Martin had another good outing making many good saves. Alex Musser had two Canadien goals while Logan Teneyck and Jordan Jenkins had the others. Bruin goals came from Karley Childers and Darrel Stuble.
