1991 KFHL Season

The Maple Leafs had been the weakest team in the KFHL opening season  and had missed the playoffs in 1990. The 1991 season was a completely different story however! After starting the season with a 2 to 2 tie against the also improved Blackhawks they went on to win the other 4 regular season games. With a tough defense and good goaltending from David Stephens they allowed only 9 goals against in the 5 regular season contests.
